Hello. I’m Donnalee Donaldson. I teach at Kepler – a blended learning university in Rwanda that combines online resources with in-person lectures, and education-to-employment training. For now, our online content is created by international partners. I am interested in learning more about how other African institutions have set up their eLearning programmes.
