The City of Kigali established Kigali Employment service centre to contribute to the Government target by offering information on the labour market, career guidance, by connecting jobseekers to training and qualification opportunities, supporting jobseekers with coaching on how best to proceed with the application process and connecting employers and jobseekers and especially to facilitate employers by helping them save time and money in their recruitment processes.
